In Rebill, you can follow and analyze the different KPIs related to your payments, as well as advanced metrics to make the best decisions with your business (gross volume, monthly/annual recurring revenue, subscriber lifetime value, among others).

What KPIs can you measure with Rebill?

New customers Organization gross turnover; that is the total amount for all products and/or subscriptions sales.
New customersTotal number of new users who’ve made at least one purchase in your organization, whether it is a one-time, cyclic or recurring payment product.
Successful paymentsTotal number of payments successfully processed.
Active subscribers Total number of customers who have at least one active subscription in your organization. Those subscriptions going through automatic retrying processes (due to failed payments) or delayed payments are also included.
MRR (monthly recurring revenue) Total normalized monthly revenue from all active and past-due subscriptions. Those subscriptions going through automatic retrying processes (due to failed payments) or delayed payments are also included.
Subscriber lifetime value Estimate of total revenue that can be expected from your average subscriber. Note: if your churn rate is 0%, the estimation will be made with a default churn rate of 3%.
Subscriber churn rate Percentage of subscribers who abandoned (what means the cancellation of all their subscriptions) in the last 30 days.
Churned revenue Total MRR lost as a result of subscription cancellations (subscription downgrades are not included).
ARR (annual recurring revenue) Total normalized annual revenue from all active and past-due subscriptions. Those subscriptions going through automatic retrying processes (due to failed payments) or delayed payments are also included.
New subscriptions Total number of new subscriptions sold in your organization.
Cyclic subscriptions Total number of cyclical payment products sold in your organization.
One time payments Total number of one-time payments (that means that subscriptions or cyclical payments are not included).
Rejected payments Total number of failed payments.
Refunded payments Total number of refunded payments.

Important: all the metrics related to your subscriptions only include recurring payment products (not those cyclical or one-time).

Advanced features

To make your analysis more accurate, you can add time filters or view each of these metrics in the currency of your choice.

Regarding currency exchanges, the conversion is made according to the official value of the specified currency.
