Manage subscriptions

From the store's backoffice

1. Enter the administrator /wp-admin/.

2. Go to the WooCommerce menu > “orders”.

3. Filter by “only subscriptions parent”.

4. Click on the subscription you want to modify

5. In the header of the order you can:

• Pause / resume a subscription.
• Cancel a subscription.
• Change the next payment date.

From customer's view

First of all, you must give the customer permissions to edit subscriptions. If this does not happen, the customer can only renew / change the card or cancel / pause the subscription.

1. Go to the “my account” section.

2. Locate the “my subscriptions” submenu.

3. In this section you can:

• Edit the card associated with a subscription
• Pause / resume a subscription.
• Cancel a subscription.
